Shannon Doell is the Broker and Owner of Paradise Breeze Vacation Rentals & Realty LLC, a full-service property management and real estate brokerage based in Englewood, Florida. With a real estate career that began in February 2011, Shannon brings a wealth of industry knowledge, leadership, and operational expertise to every aspect of the business.
Before founding Paradise Breeze, Shannon successfully closed over 400 new construction homes and numerous resale transactions, developing a reputation for results-driven service and strong client relationships. In 2020, after spending extended time on the Gulf Coast, she made the decision to permanently relocate to the Englewood area and transition her focus to vacation rental management and Florida real estate.
In June 2022, she launched Paradise Breeze with the goal of offering homeowners a smarter, more personalized approach to managing short-term rental properties. Today, her company manages a growing portfolio of vacation homes across Charlotte and Sarasota Counties, providing full-service solutions that include dynamic pricing, guest communication, property care, and real estate support for buyers and investors.
