Home Watch is a service where we do a personal visual inspection of a home, condo or property, looking for obvious issues and providing reports to seasonal and vacant property owners.

The Home Watch inspection Checklist is completed during each inspection and submitted in real-time, using state-of-the-art, GPS-enabled reporting software. We watch your home, condo, or property while you are away.

Exterior Checks
Remove Newspapers/flyers etc. from yard Driveway, mailbox, etc
Inspect yard and planting beds for weeds & trash
Monitor Landscaping
Check all windows for intrusions, vandalism, and leaks
Check Exterior Walls & Roof (visual)
Inspect for obvious insect infestation and pest presence
Check exterior Lighting
A visual inspection of your pool, pool equipment and lanai
Check storm shutters
Check A/C drip (where accessible)
Interior Checks
Ensure security system is functioning (where applicable)
Check smoke/ CO detectors
Check that the A/C is cooling and reset thermostat and humidistat setting if needed
Run faucets, sink disposals, and flush/clean toilets
Inspect for water leaks or damage including visual signs of mould
Inspect for obvious insect infestation and or rodents
Verify all windows and doors are locked
Check electrical panel for tripped breakers and make sure electric hot water heater breaker is turned on/off
Check (& cycle if requested) appliances
Check Main Water Valve is opened or closed
